Die Nationale Anti Doping Agentur (NADA) hat für die Paralympischen Spiele in Paris mit Präventionsmaßnahmen und Kontrollprogramm verschiedene Anti-Doping-Maßnahmen umgesetzt.
Vor-Paralympisches Anti-Doping-Programm
Die Vorbereitung der NADA auf die Paralympischen Spiele in Paris bildete einen Schwerpunkt der Präventionsarbeit in diesem Jahr. Die NADA schulte die Para Sportlerinnen und -Sportler mit Web-Seminaren und einem speziell für die Spiele entwickelten E-Learning-Programm. Zudem informierte die NADA die Athletinnen und Athleten bei der Einkleidung in Düsseldorf persönlich und beantwortete aktuelle Fragen.
Die Mitarbeit der NADA in der Anti-Doping-Taskforce des Internationalen Paralympischen Komitees (IPC) ergänzte die Anti-Doping-Arbeit der NADA. Die internationale Gruppe war verantwortlich für die Ausarbeitung von Empfehlungen für ein internationales Vor-Paralympics-Testprogramm für Paris 2024. Dabei konnte die NADA ihre langjährigen Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen aus der in Deutschland etablierten intelligenten Kontrollplanung einbringen. Hilfestellungen für andere Nationale Anti-Doping-Organisationen (NADOs) und internationale Verbände wurden erstellt, und über das IPC wurden spezielle Kontrollempfehlungen an die jeweiligen NADOs herausgegeben.
Paralympischen Anti-Doping-Programm
Mit der Eröffnung des Paralympischen Dorfs übernahm das IPC das Anti-Doping-Programm in Paris. Wie schon bei den Olympischen Spielen gibt es auch bei den Paralympics ein Doping Control Coordination Center (DCCC), das mit internationalen Anti-Doping-Expertinnen und -Experten verschiedener NADOs besetzt ist. Auch die NADA ist Teil des DCCC-Teams. Aufgabe des DCCC ist die Umsetzung des Dopingkontrollplans des IPC sowie das Management des Dopingkontrollpersonals vor Ort.
Übersicht Kontrollzahlen NADA Deutschland
Die NADA hat die nationalen Para Athletinnen und Athleten vor den Paralympischen Spielen umfassend getestet. Bei all diesen Proben wurden notwendige Zusatzanalysen durchgeführt, Analysedaten des Biologischen Athletenpasses (ABP: Athlete Biological Passport) ausgewertet und Proben in die Langzeitlagerung überführt.
Die 143 Para Athletinnen und Athleten sowie fünf Guides, die in Paris für das Team Deutschland Paralympics dabei sein werden, kontrollierte die NADA 233 Mal. Es wurden 265 Proben (232 Urin- und 33 Blutproben) in und außerhalb von Wettkämpfen genommen. 114 Proben wurden in die Langzeitlagerung überführt.
Im Rahmen des gesamten vor-paralympischen Testprogramms hat die NADA seit März 2024 insgesamt 357 Kontrollen (mit 412 Proben: 347 Urin- und 65 Blutproben) bei allen potenziellen Paralympics-Kandidatinnen und -Kandidaten in und außerhalb von Wettkämpfen durchgeführt.

Paralympics 2024: NADA presents comprehensive anti-doping programme
The National Anti Doping Agency of Germany (NADA Germany) has implemented various anti-doping measures for the Paralympic Games in Paris with education measures and a testing programme.
Pre-Paralympic anti-doping programme
The preparation of NADA Germany for the Paralympic Games in Paris was a focal point of the education work this year. NADA Germany trained the Para athletes with web seminars and an e-learning programme specially developed for the Games. NADA Germany also provided the athletes with information in person at the dressing ceremony in Düsseldorf and answered current questions.
NADA Germany's involvement in the anti-doping task force of the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) complemented NADA's anti-doping work. The international group was responsible for developing recommendations for an international pre-Paralympics testing programme for Paris 2024, with NADA Germany being able to contribute its many years of knowledge and experience from the intelligent control planning established in Germany. Assistance was provided to other National Anti-Doping Organisations (NADOs) and international federations, and special testing recommendations were issued to the respective NADOs via the IPC.
Paralympic Anti-Doping Programme
With the opening of the Paralympic Village, the IPC took over the anti-doping programme in Paris. As at the Olympic Games, there is also a Doping Control Coordination Center (DCCC) at the Paralympics, which is staffed by international anti-doping experts from various NADOs. NADA Germany is also part of the DCCC team. The DCCC's task is to implement the IPC's doping control plan and to manage the doping control personnel on site.

NADA Germany comprehensively tested the national Para athletes before the Paralympic Games. For all of these samples, necessary additional analyses were carried out, analysis data from the Athlete Biological Passport (ABP) was evaluated and samples were transferred to long-term storage. NADA Germany tested the 143 Para athletes and five guides who will be competing for Team Germany at the Paralympics in Paris 233 times. A total of 265 samples (232 urine and 33 blood samples) were taken in and out of competition. 114 samples were transferred to long-term storage.As part of the overall pre-Paralympic testing programme, NADA Germany has carried out a total of 357 tests (with 412 samples: 347 urine and 65 blood samples) on all potential Paralympic candidates in and out of competition since March 2024.
