Die Nationale Anti Doping Agentur (NADA) und der Deutsche Fechter-Bund (DFB) arbeiten ab sofort im Rahmen des Dopingpräventionsprogramms "GEMEINSAM GEGEN DOPING" zusammen. Für die Unterzeichnung der Vereinbarung war die ehemalige Weltklasse Degenfechterin Claudia Bokel in ihrer jetzigen Funktion als Präsidentin des DFB zu Gast in der NADA-Geschäftsstelle. Claudia Bokel ist außerdem Botschafterin der NADA für sauberen Sport im Rahmen der Initiative "ALLES GEBEN, NICHTS NEHMEN".
Teil der Vereinbarung zwischen NADA und DFB ist die Einführung des E-Learning-Programms der NADA für Nachwuchs-Fechterinnen und -Fechter. Darüber hinaus wird die NADA die Athletinnen und Athleten des DFB bei Schulungen vor Ort aufklären und mit dem Infostand bei Wettkampfveranstaltungen für alle Fragen rund um das Thema Anti-Doping zur Verfügung stehen.

NADA and the German Fencing Federation cooperate in doping prevention
The National Anti Doping Agency of Germany (NADA) and the German Fencing Federation (DFB) are working together within the doping prevention programme "TOGETHER AGAINST DOPING". For the signing of the agreement the former world class épée fencer Claudia Bokel visited NADA's office in Bonn as president of the DFB, her current position. Claudia Bokel is also an ambassador of NADA for clean sport in the context of NADA's initiative "GIVE EVERYTHING, TAKE NOTHING".
Part of the agreement between NADA and the DFB is the introduction of NADA's E-Learning programme for young fencers. In addition, NADA will provide information to the athletes of the DFB during on-site training sessions, and will be available for all anti-doping issues with an information booth during competitions.
