Das Ressort Prävention der Nationalen Anti Doping Agentur Deutschland (NADA) hat seine freiberuflichen Mitarbeitenden geschult. An der Schulung in Köln nahmen rund 50 Mitarbeitende teil.
Besondere Themenschwerpunkte der zweiten in diesem Jahr stattfindenden Schulungsreihe lagen auf den Inhalten des internationalen Standards für Dopingprävention, der Kölner Liste® sowie dem Dried Blood Spot (DBS)-Verfahren.
Die Mitarbeitenden erhielten die Möglichkeit, ihr Anti-Doping-Wissen zu vertiefen, zu erweitern und Erfahrungen auszutauschen. Der Fokus der Schulung lag darauf, den Teilnehmenden aktuelle Entwicklungen und Neuerungen der Anti-Doping-Arbeit zu vermitteln. Die freien Mitarbeitenden sind als Multiplikatoren für die Umsetzung von Präventionsmaßnahmen für die unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen der NADA vor Ort zuständig.
Die Teilnahme an den halbjährlichen Schulungen ist für alle freien Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter der NADA verpflichtend. Sie dienen der Qualitätssicherung des Präventionsprogramms GEMEINSAM GEGEN DOPING.

NADA trains freelance education staff
The education department of the National Anti Doping Agency of Germany (NADA Germany) has trained its freelance employees. Around 50 employees took part in the training in Cologne.
The second series of training courses held this year focused in particular on the content of the International Standard for Education, the Cologne List® and the Dried Blood Spot (DBS) method.
Employees were given the opportunity to deepen and expand their anti-doping knowledge and exchange experiences. The focus of the training was on informing the participants about current developments and innovations in anti-doping work. As multipliers, the freelance employees are responsible for implementing prevention measures for NADA Germany's various target groups on site.
Participation in the semi-annual training courses is mandatory for all NADA Germany freelance employees. They serve the quality assurance of the education program TOGETHER AGAINST DOPING.
