Michael Behr, Leiter des Ressorts Prävention der Nationalen Anti Doping Agentur Deutschland (NADA) und Anthony Schwarz, Mitarbeiter des Ressorts Prävention der NADA nahmen am Treffen der Advisory Group on Education des Europarates in Island teil.
Ziel des Treffens war ein Austausch über die Umsetzung der Dopingpräventionsarbeit in Europa mit einzelnen Praxisbeispielen, wie der Einsatz von künstlicher Intelligenz in der Aufklärungsarbeit. Weiteres zentrales Thema war die Überarbeitung des international gültigen Standards für Dopingprävention, der die Arbeit in diesem Bereich weltweit regelt.
Die Monitoring Group des Europarates ist dafür verantwortlich, die Umsetzung des Anti-Doping-Regelwerks in Europa zu beobachten. Sie setzt sich zusammen aus internationalen Expertinnen und Experten des Anti-Doping-Bereichs und der Politik. Um die unterschiedlichen Themenbereiche adäquat zu diskutieren und zu begutachten, gibt es vier sogenannte Specialised Groups: die Advisory Group on Compliance (Beirat für Compliance), die Advisory Group on Education (Beirat für Bildung/Prävention), die Advisory Group on Legal Issues (Beirat für rechtliche Angelegenheiten) und die Advisory Group on Science (Beirat für Wissenschaft).

NADA Germany at the meeting of the Advisory Group on Education of the Council of Europe
Michael Behr, Head of the Education Department of the National Anti Doping Agency of Germany (NADA Germany) and Anthony Schwarz, member of NADA Germany's Education Department, took part in the meeting of the Advisory Group on Education of the Council of Europe in Iceland.
The aim of the meeting was to discuss the implementation of doping education in Europe with individual practical examples, such as the use of artificial intelligence in educational work. Another key topic was the revision of the International Standard for Doping Education, which regulates work in this area worldwide.
The Council of Europe's Monitoring Group is responsible for monitoring the implementation of the anti-doping regulations in Europe. It is made up of international experts from the anti-doping sector and politics. In order to adequately discuss and assess the various subject areas, there are four so-called Specialised Groups: the Advisory Group on Compliance, the Advisory Group on Education, the Advisory Group on Legal Issues and the Advisory Group on Science.
