Das Verfahren vor dem internationalen Sportschiedsgericht gegen den Boxer Kevin Boakye-Schumann aufgrund eines Verstoßes gegen Anti-Doping-Bestimmungen Art. 2.4 Meldepflicht- und Kontrollversäumnisse Anti-Doping-Code des Deutschen Boxsport-Verbandes e.V. (DBV) sowie gegen den DBV ist beendet. Die Entscheidung der Anti-Doping-Kommission des DBV vom 08.09.2023 wird aufgehoben. Der Athlet wird für 18 Monate gesperrt. Die Sperre beginnt mit Zustellung des CAS-Schiedsspruchs an den Athleten. Keine der Parteien hat ein Rechtsmittel zum Schweizerischen Bundesgericht eingelegt. CAS proceedings NADA Germany v. Kevin Boakye-Schumann & DBV (Boxing)
The proceeding before the International Court of Arbitration for Sport against the boxer Kevin Boakye-Schumann for a violation of Anti-Doping Regulations Art. 2.4 Whereabouts Failures and Missed Tests Anti-Doping Code of the German Boxing Association (DBV) and against the DBV is terminated. The decision of the DBV Anti-Doping Commission of 8 September 2023 is annulled. The athlete is banned for 18 months. The period of ineligibility begins upon notification of the CAS arbitration award to the athlete. Neither of the parties has lodged an appeal with the Swiss Federal Supreme Court.
