Minjung Seo, head of the Testing Department, Grace Ji and Unseon Kim, both managers in the Testing Department of the Korean Anti-Doping Agency (KADA), came to Bonn to the office of the National Anti Doping Agency of Germany (NADA Germany) for exchange talks.
The visit focused on the planning and implementation of tests out-of-competition and in competition. Effective implementation of the test distribution plan, sport-specific risk analysis and quality assurance measures for on-site testing provided important insights for all experts involved. The diverse application possibilities of the Dried Blood Spot method (DBS) in daily practice was another central topic regarding the further development of the testing programme. In addition, there was an exchange on the training of doping control personnel as well as on communication topics.
