Templates for the Anti-Doping Code 2021
For the prompt and complete implementation of the NADC21 in the federation rulebooks, NADA Germany provides all sports organizations with three sample Anti-Doping Codes 2021 below.
The selection for one of the three versions depends on whether results management and/or disciplinary proceedings have been transferred to NADA Germany (version 1). If a transfer to NADA Germany has not taken place, the decisive factor is whether the disciplinary procedure is carried out by the sport organization's own federation body (version 2) or by an independent arbitration tribunal (version 3). Each sports organization must make this decision for itself. It depends on this decision which of the three versions of the model Anti-Doping Code is to be used.
